Thomas Delaney
Thomas is the longest-serving member of the Croplink team after joining in 2013. A native of Cullohill, Co Laois, Thomas graduated with a degree in Animal and Crop Production from UCD in 2009 and completed his Masters from UCD in 2010. In 2010, he joined National Agrochemical Distributors as an Area Sales Manager where he thrived in a dynamic commercial environment. Thomas’s role is to provide commercial and technical support to selected Croplink customers in the East and South.
Scott Lovell
Scott succeeded Jim Droney as Managing Director of Croplink Limited at the end of August 2020. Scott graduated with a degree in Animal and Crop Production from UCD in 2001 and a Masters in 2003. He has a wealth of experience in Agribusiness having served in various Managerial roles in Nutec, Dairygold Co-op and, most recently, Barryroe Co-op. Scott also completed a Masters in Business Practise from UCC/IMI in 2019.
Eddie Young
Eddie is the newest member of the Croplink team after joining in January 2021. Eddie graduated with a degree in Animal and Crop Production from UCD in 2004. He completed his Masters, under the guidance of Tom McCabe, from UCD in 2006. After obtaining his Masters, he worked on trial plots for Tom for a further 18 months before joining Teagasc Oakpark in 2008. After two years with Teagasc, Eddie joined Charles R Wynne Ltd. and came to Croplink having spent 10 years there where he developed a strong reputation as a highly technical and skilled professional. Eddie’s role is to provide commercial and technical support to selected Croplink customers in the North, West and North East.
Theresa McGeeney
Theresa joined us in early 2019 and has been a great asset to Croplink in her time here. With her background in office administration for Goldcrop, a well-known Agribusiness, Theresa has brought great attention to detail in her role managing the administration and paperwork within Croplink.
